复旦大学光华青年学者论坛暨上海高校国际青年学者论坛，是复旦“主动觅才、精准选才”的重要品牌活动，自2016年起已举办八届。论坛汇聚了一大批学术水平高、创新能力强、发展潜力大的优秀青年人才，其中不少入选国家战略人才计划，论坛也已成为学校引才育才、服务国家的重要平台。
自2025年起，光华青年论坛将以线上线下相结合方式实现全年常态化运行，主打个性定制。学校将根据参会学者的不同需求，集成校内外各类资源，量身定制专属个人的论坛方案，提供更加优质、便捷、高效的服务。
